What is your festive collection days?

Our click and collect service is available on the following dates:

Thursday 24th December (Christmas Eve) 9 am to 2 pm.

Friday 25th December (Christmas Day) 9 am to 2 pm.

Saturday 26th December (Boxing Day) 9 am to 2 pm.
When do orders close?
Christmas weekend orders will close at 2 pm on Friday 18th December 2020.
Ordering for New Year's Eve weekend will open on Saturday 19th December.
How is my food packaged?
Your food will be packed carefully by our chefs in chilled in a poly box with an ice pack. The components of each package will be separated and clearly labelled.
Does my order come with instructions?
Yes, each order will contain specific easy to follow heating/ assembly instructions, should you have any issues there is a phone number to call for assistance.
What do I do with the packaging?
You will receive a breakdown of what to do with the packaging you receive clearly outlining which packaging you will be able to reuse, recycle or compost. We reuse the poly boxes and gel packs; Please return on your next trip to Matakana.
Will you be continuing your heat & eat meals?
Yes! We will officially relaunch Christmas week and continue our weekly meal packages throughout thee Summer season.
