What is your delivery day?

Our Winter delivery day is only Saturday. Our chefs pack your order at 10 am on the morning of delivery. Our first stops are the Matakana, Omaha and Pt Wells area before heading to the North Shore and Hibiscus Coast. Should these delivery times not work for you, please contact us as we may be able to offer an alternative time.

When do orders close?

To ensure our chefs can source the best produce and products, orders close at 8 pm Wednesday for the winter weekend delivery. If you miss this cut off time please call us. 

How does the food arrive?

Your food will arrive chilled in a poly box with an ice pack. The components of each package will be separated and clearly labelled.

Does my order come with instructions?

Yes, each order will contain specific easy to follow heating/ assembly instructions, should you have any issues there is a phone number to call for assistance.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, you can let us know where you would like us to leave your order and it will stay chilled for 4 hours.

What do I do with the packaging?

You will receive a breakdown of what to do with the packaging you receive clearly outlining which packaging you will be able to reuse, recycle or compost. We reuse the poly boxes and gel packs; we will collect upon your next delivery or you are more than welcome to return these to our kitchen in Matakana.
